I can't, my ideas won't apply to you.
You need to know the market in your area, find out what's missing, and meet that need. Noone else can do this for you.
Because where my city may lack parking, yours may have plenty of it. If my city needs restaurants, yours may not. If my city's economy is tech-based it may need tech-oriented businesses, yours may not.
Even smaller, my neighbourhood may need someone to mow the lawn, yours may not.
Know your market, narrow it down, figure out what they need.
Are they male or female, young or old, rich or poor, what kind of work do they do, where do they live, what do they need?
That's the basics of defining your market. Do that first, the solutions will come after you figure out the problem, you can't just apply random solutions to a problem that you don't know, the answer may not fit. |
