Canceling a transaction/payment on Ebay?
Myself and the seller both mutually agreed to cancel the transaction, due to something that came up. However before that I had already sent the money through PayPal. The money is going to take 2 weeks to be verify cause I used E check. So how to I guaranty that I get the money back? I'm assuming the seller can't refund cause the payment hasn't been verifying yet.
Can the seller cancel the transaction from his side before the 2 weeks?

An e-check only takes about 2 - 3 days to clear, once it does he can refund. If you view your paypal account you will see the status of the payment.
