Give yourself a break and get the help you need. You might need Psychotherapy. Do what the authorities tell you. It'll be better for you in the long run, trust me. |

What did you do to your family, and can you prevent what ever it was from happening again...?
I would assume not, so you will have to live else where until you can calm down and behave reasonably - so maybe some self help books from your local library and a chat to your social worker would be your best next step instead of complaining to us on here...?
