Everything you have in your kitchen, at least.

Industrial Ovens...Mixers.....Other bread and pastry stuff? I think you should research more on this before you even think of opening a bakery O.o

Obviously ovens and sinks or washers for cleaning
Heavy duty mixers and bulk dough pans
Trays and pans for baking, racks to hold the trays for raising and moving the trays.
If you have to ask, you need to go to work for another bakery and write down what you observe - you are obviously unprepared.

Christine
Another suggestion might be to look at the book, "How to open a financially successful bakery."

You may or may not have to purchase the book, because your local library might have it.

Check out www.score.org too. They're retired business owners who now counsel other business owners.

If you need to ask such a basic Q I would respectfully suggest that you are not ready to open any business. Also before buying anything check out Hygeine and Health/Health and Safety regulations. You could furnish your business only to find you are closed down for not meeting legal requirements.

Oven, stove, microwave, toaster, microwave oven (Maybe), mixer, fridge, freezer, a crapload of utensils, pots and pans, bowls, coffee machine (If you plan on serving drinks.) and um...that's all I could think of. Good luck!

I should think you would need to learn to be a baker first, then you would know what you need to open a bakery.

you need a mixer and a oven also

Oven, fridge, freezer, chilled cabinet, bread slicing machine, meat slicer?? Till, knives, mixing bowls, utensils, storage containers, telephone, toaster, bag wrapper/ sealer, cutting boards, sinks, uniforms - and probably lots more.
Admittedly not all are utensils but I hope it helps.
