You can mutually agree not to complete the transaction and you can apply to get your FVF back. Pretty simple process, actually.

What would YOU do, if you had made a mistake?
I'd settle it for the cost of the posting fee.
Besides, she can always claim the item never got there and make even MORE trouble for you - PayPal will yank that money right back - I know, they put a very good friend of mine out of business. PayPal should be sued, tarred, feathered, then executed. |

If it's not a lot of money i would just eat and put in every one of my other listings that I am not responsible for bidders changing their mind or making mistake. I have made mistakes before bidding, but I never blame the seller. It's totally up to you, because she won and she has to pay. |

She needs to be responsible. She bid it, she won it, she buys it. |

pursue it,because you know shes a liar and that you cant switch an item mid bid. have the mediators step in.or at the very last give her bad feedback. ask ebay to delet her account.
she has to prove that you are wrong and she wont be able to it. |

she had to of known what she was bidding on unless you did change it. if she didnt then she is blind its her fault she bid she won she has to pay no matter what if. maybe she should of read the bid a little better before actually bidding on it |

Put your case forward to ebay. dont be intimidated by this idiot. You are in the right, and they are in the wrong. eBay will sort them out. Dont for a second think about them being innocent. Many people on eBay fall for this, when really it should be reported. Goodluck! |

That is up to you...but remember, If you give her bad feedback she will give it to you also. I feel that it is always best to try to make the other person happy because feedback is so very important. |

Do what you know is right. Don't let yourself get screwed over. Maintain your integrity...... Unlessssss... you said the item was very cheap. If you're only going to be out a dollar or two it might not be worth it to make a claim against this person for not paying. |
