Absolutely, for both your professional and personal lives.
Since you posted this in the Small Business section, I assume you mean in the professional capacity.
There's a two-prong accomplishment to thank you notes:
1) They let your clients/customers know that you appreciate their business. After all, if we didn't have them, we'd be nowhere.
2) A final thank you note leaves a fresh impression in the mind of your client/customer. It also gives you an opportunity to ask if there's any other assistance you can offer.

i think so. They show an act of kindness and it show that you appreciate what they did or you've done for them. i think it it matters. It would matter to me if someone didn't give me a thank you card for something I did. How would you feel? |
