Do u know of a website that i can take surveys or work from home thats not a SCAM...?

If your going to do the survey thing, don't do it for the income. Because you won't make a lot of money, unless you recruit people over to do surveys as well or buy items they have on their sites, or read email and get paid 1 to 3 cents an email. They're fun to do, but you won't make even minimum wage even though they claim. Most sites only allow 1 survey a day and others one a week. Each survey takes about 20 to 30 minutes to do with a pre-qualifying survey that takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Most of the time you don't qualify for the survey, so you waisted that time. You end up waisting about an average of 2 to 3 hours a day in these pre-qualifying surveys that you didn't get qualified for. Most surveys claim you earn 5 to 10 dollars for completing them, "completing" is the key word here. 20 minutes for a prequalifying survey is the average, you spend 15 minutes to 20 minutes then in the middle of the survey or a lot of times at the end they tell you the survey is over that they had enough enquireys. This tends to happen several times. Most surveys only pay you a dollar a survey or up to 3 dollars. You have to earn 30 dollars before you can take a pay out. With the pace of this, 30 dollars takes quite a few weeks of attempting surveys. So many other things that go on with this, it's not worth it at all.
If you really want to work from home and make a sufficient amount of income, I suggest you start your own home based business. Most home based business cost under $500. Some cost more depending on what it is you want to do. I don't know what you like to do, what experience you have or anything like that. If you want to get involved with a business that will train you as you earn sort of thing, or just dive into something on your own. So I can only tell you what my husband and I started over six years ago. It well supports our family as well as a major funding source for our non-profit organization that we started up a while back with part of the income we earned. As well as it's a funding source for other non-profit organizations.
Anyhow, we got involved in the telecommunications industry.
With a world wide company that's over 15 years old. We've been featured in several magazines like USA Today, Success, Fortune etc. Inc 500 rated us the 22nd fastest growing company. They offer services that people use every day and pay for anyway, but now they can have a lower cost. Services such as local and long distance phones, Internet, digital phones, video phones (you can see the person your taking to live)VOIP, Satallite tv, and all the major cellular phone companies like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltell, Nextell etc. have partnered up with them too.
How many people do you know, or know of, that uses or has one or more of these services? How would you feel if you could save people money on services that they're most likely already using, if not you can offer them the service, and everytime they pay their bills each month, you make a percentage off these bills every single month. Huge income opportunity. It's incredible how much money is involved in this industry.

The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.
