Depends on age and figure. The hearts, being so large, do call attention to the butt. I guess I would pass on them. I wear embroidered jeans and think they are cute, but jeans can last a long time and the plainer ones stand the test of time better. They also don't fight for attention with trendy tops.

They way that they are done (shape, colors used) makes them Not Tacky. I think they pass as very cute.

I think they're cute. You would have to wear a solid colored sweater or something, with simple accessories, but as long as teh rest of the outfit wasn't overdone, I think they'd work.
