Staying motivated when working from home is really no different than staying motivated when working at any other location. You either work or you don't. If you have to have a boss hanging over you all day to be productive you are not a candidate to work from home. It depends on the type of work you're doing as to how to motivate yourself. If your work is capable of being measured then you need to set goals. I am forutnate in that my work is measurable and I haver measurable performance goals. As in any job, integrity is required.

If there is plenty to do then it is easy to stay busy at a home office. The trick is to stay productive even when there is not much to do. I surround my home office with things that I love and keep reminding myself that if is hard work that earned myself these thing, and its only hard work that is going to allow me to keep these things.

The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of forum.

http://work-at-home-tips.blogspot.com/

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

Hope it helps!

You can work with AmeriPlan. They sell medical benefits (not insurance but benefits) and are a 16 year old company. Benefits as in dental, vision, chiro, prescription, etc. There is NO cold calling, leads are provided. You can also recruit to do the same and make even more. Residual income eventually comes after 6 months, for the lifetime of people's memberships. This is not a get rich quick scheme. Realistically, if you work part time, you can make $800-2000 a month to start off but if you put 2-4 years of good steady effort, you can make $100,000+ a year. I'd trust a 16 year old company over anyone. Especially one that is recession proof (as we are probably in now).
No experience? You don't need any. Actually you are better off with less because the training is great, with great support, videos, text, conference training calls and more.

Any questions, add my name and message me.
