You need to be at least 16 years old to emancipate yourself from your parents, get a job and rent your own place. Until then if your having trouble at home I would suggest going to the proper authorities and see if they can help you find foster care or a shelter.

This is a serious matter - You might consider going to Social Services and asking for help. I could only hope you could find other avenues for help, like a church or relative. I do not think there is anywhere you could rent an apartment and on top of all that just how would support yourself. You should be in school and being a kid - I wish I could be of more help.

No sweetie. The only option for you is foster care or another family member. In my state you have to be 21 years of age to rent an apartment.

But you need to be 18 years old in order to rent an apartment.
Or sign a contract.
If it is a real problem go to the police they can help you. |

What is the reason?
No you can't rent at this age. You even couldn't live, nor being in the house alone legally.
Depending on your situation and your parents agreeing you can go live with another family member.
If you have more serious trouble, check for places like Peaceful Path or United Way or whatever organization is in your town.

That is not possible. You have to be 18 to rent an apartment. No safe landlord or person of any kind would rent to an 11 year old.
Is something going on at home? If so, then try to speak with an adult who can help you. Maybe teacher or school counselor, your doctor or a friends parent maybe if you have one you know well enough talk to. |

I am a landlord. I would not rent to anyone under 20 years of age unless they were employed, and they were able to get a co-signer on a lease. I would not rent to anyone under the age of 18, period. If you are having family problems, go to your school counselor or the police. |
