First off, never, ever pay to get a job! These are scams. I'm a stay at home mom too and I know how frustrating it can be to find online jobs. I have two resources that can help you. First is http://www.workathomedesk.com which is a free site with an excellent list of legit companies and their links that hire home workers. Second is http://www.wahm.com message boards where you can network with other home workers and get vital information about working from home.

If you live in the US, shoot me an email through my profile. I will send you a few links to sites who actually offer "REAL JOBS". Mostly they are customer service oriented and you MUST be able to provide a noise free environment.... but they are for REAL and they do PAY hourly wages.
There is an application process, interview and hiring process, just like if you went to Wal-mart and applied. You DO NOT want to consider assembly work that you see advertised, nothing legit in that arena anymore.
If the customer service type work appeals to you, just let me know.

I understand your fear. I have three boys. One great way can be to provide day care for mothers who have or choose to work. I don't know what your financial capabilities are so I don't know if what I do suits you. I have built an income by building an online business around my interests. I would be happy to give some ideas if you can and are interested in building your own business. You would be surprised at how little it can cost to start your own and build it around your passions. |

Why not start a healthy food delivery service you could just cater to a few small businesses at first just make sandwiches and salads it will be busy in the morning, but you will be with your kid and the only times you'd have to leave the house would be to get groceries and to drop off the food. |

Congrats on the new baby. I know how you feel about wanting to be home with your baby. I don't think there is any bigger reward. I also know how you feel about being scammed, I was burnt really bad by another "company" and I swore off wfh for good.Thats until a friend introduced me to the company I work with now. Their ethics and beliefs alone make me proud to be apart of it. I love to share this opportunity with anyone but parents especially. I am a mother of 4 and now exactly how you are feeling. Someone must, I asked just such a question and got a lot of bogus company offers with web sites and incredible claims.
I have a realtor friend that does a lot of work from home, but she is affiliated with a realestate office.
I was told with the current laws on privacy that medical reports and billing is being done at the hospital and dr offices.
Sorry, but I am thinking unless you want sales, where at least part of the time you could work at home - or if your husband is willing to watch his baby when he is not working you could work opposite his hours.
Perhaps child care in your home, with the rates charged you could manage to stay home, especially if you would get licensed.

I have been researching work at home opportunities for about three months now and most of them have been scams, or have a start up fee. I really don't believe in having to pay to be paid, so I started giving up because I didn't think it was possible to find a legit, scam free, Free work from home opportunity. Than one day I received an email from another stay at home mom who gave me some great info. on a stay at home opportunity that she is doing. I didn't really think about it at first until I researched the company and went on there site and found it to be great. I personally think that you should check this site out. You have nothing to lose! There is no investing, it's a legit web site and they have a good clean record with the BBB. This is not a over night thing where you make tons of money, like lots of websites promise you. It does take some work on your part, but to me it's really fun and they give you all the free tools you need. Good luck in your search for a great work at home opportunity.

I have tried online surveys, data entry, Network marketing.....the list goes on. They are all scams.
Recently, I was at my favorite investment website, when I decided to read an endorsement from the owner of the website.
I am so glad I did !!
I am now doing something that is fun. The company is reputable and legitimate. The product is the best of its kind. I Love it !!!

Plenty of works are there. Only thing is you have generalized your skills in the question like 'will do anything'. Can you do SEO or web design? But I liked your attitudes and needs. Ya doing work at home.. There are some really a good way of making money online being at home.There is no need to pay at front.Just basic knowledge of internet is enough.Further it is much much better than online paid surveys & data entry..Just try it out there is nothing to lose since u r not going to pay.. |
