The best home business that you can be sure is not a scam is one that you start yourself. It will depend on what you want, how you define to be interesting. A person may consider a pet sitting business to be the most exciting work in the world, while another person would rather watch TV than take care of dogs.
The key is to determine what your interests are, what you want to do, what is suitable for your lifestyle and your overall goals, and what can fit with your resources.
Dan Ramsey in his book "101 Best Home Businesses" has a chapter on how to find YOUR best home business. He suggests these 10 steps:
1. List 5 things you do best
2. List how others would benefit from what you do best
3. Find out how to give people what they want
4. Learn the value of your services to others
5. Find out who else offers similar services
6. Learn from the successes of others
7. Learn from the failures of others
8. Plan your own success
9. Make low cost mistakes
10. Enjoy what you do and how you do it
He then made suggestions on the best home businesses according to type. Here are a few of them:
Best Businesses Using Craft or Physical Skills
- antique restoration
- auto detail service
- carpet cleaning business
- errand/delivery service
- housecleaning business
Best Service Businesses
- bed and breakfast operator
- caregiver
- catering service
- senior day care center
- tutoring service
Best Professional Businesses
- desktop publisher
- magazine writer
- import/export service
- income tax preparation service
- event planner

Home business's are not for lazy people...May be you are looking to add to or even replace your income...but a home business takes alot of hard work and dedication and determination. I work from home to be with my children for example, and I do not have to sell, stock , deliver or inventory a darn thing. This business just made more sense to me and I didnt have to give an arm and a leg to get started. Why does this business really work?
Cause the products really work. |

It's not a full time business but I usually make a couple hundred bucks a month online doing various things like surveys and paid to read emails. It's not a get rich quick plan by any means, but it's been a legit way to make a little extra money for me. I don't sign up for anything that charges fees, then it's generally a scam. I don't put a lot of time into it either, I still have a life and a regular 8-5 job. I laid out some more info on what I do and some links to a few of the sites I use on my site, http://stanza.50megs.com
Don't know if that's exactly the kind of thing you're looking for, but good luck either way. |

I would recommend you the most profitable online business which is fully automated. This homebased business is very much different from other business which requires lot of time, energy and money. This incredible system allows you to earn fortune without selling, advertising, prospecting, closing or answering questions. It works 24/ 7 and you can earn profit for each automatic sale, sitting in your home, enjoying life with family and friends or on vacation. . This system allows you to earn $3000 everyday. This business has been selected to be featured in National television ( Discovery channel and CNN )
Visit the website and then place the CALLBACK request to see how powerful the system is. |

Please ignore the comment that home business owners are lazy. That is just an absurd comment from an uneducated person.
When searching for a home business, you have to really think about what you would like to market. If the product isn't for you then you will be unable to sell it to others.
A major factor to consider is the Baby Boomers when looking for a product. They have proven to be a multi-billion dollar market since the boom started. In the late 40's and 50's, Gerber stepped up to the plate with baby food and made their fortune. In the 60's it was Fisher Price and Mattel. The 70's saw a Real Estate boom, etc. All of these companies enjoyed an 18 year window of opportunity.
What the Boomers are in search of now is anti-aging and health. Many companies have top quality products, but their time has passed. They have already experienced hyper-growth so the opportunity for big income is just not there. You can earn an income but it's very difficult to earn a great income.
So when you find the product the Boomers are in search of, you are ahead of the game, and if the company is set for hyper-growth, you will be in on the ground floor!
So consider a product that is all natural, has medical validation and helps with all auto-immune deficiencies.
The market is strong for this, it is now a multi-billion dollar industry! |

I'd encourage you to check out direct sales. Go to http://www.dsa.org to check out all the different kinds of DS opportunities out there.
I did this and I am a consultant with Southern Living At HOME. Yes, you have to go out and do parties, but I also do fund raisers, catalog shows, bridal registries and many other things. I do a few shows a month in other women's homes. My parties sales range from $300 to $1,200 per party making me about $75 to $300 for just two or three hours of work. I never thought I'd ever do something like this, but with the time and work I've put into it, I've made it profitable for myself.
I don't get into those MLM business. They seem to be the ones that will scam you. Research the company very closely. Compare the different companies to see what works best for you and go with one that interests you.
Visit my website if you are interested in what I do or contact me if you have questions. http://www.southernlivingathome.com/TriciaZeis |
