One field that I know of that has a lot of demand for stay at home workers and is not a scarm is medical transcription.
A lot of the hospitals pay to have their medical notes and Doctors information about patients keyed into their databases. They are still using the same old paper processes but are under some pressure to go paperless but they have to get all the old stuff in first. It could be scanned in but much of it won't scan well. Hard work, lots of detailed typing but the pay is generally pretty good. You can probably call your local hospitals to ask if they are looking for this service. |

Hi,
I don't know what state you live in, but a good work from home business is selling life insurance. There are ways that you can call people and sell policies over the telephone. The commission rate is great-usually around 400 bucks for an average sale. If you are good at talking to people and good at sales-this may be great for you. You would have to get licensed in your state which usually takes a couple of weeks, and purchase leads to call, but the money can be phenomenal. |

I have in-home child care. I have two sons, 11 mos and 4 yrs. I watch kids full-time and part-time and this is what I charge:
$125/wk
$25/day
$3/hr
Right now I watch 1 FT and 3 PT and I make $1340 per month, before taxes. I keep all my grocery receipts, as well as any toys or crafts supplies receipts and I write 'em off LEGALLY at the end of the year. It's nice to stay at home and still make money without having to sell anything. |
