Apart from posing ads on Craigslist etc, make sure you post a press release on www.free-press-release.com and www.prweb.com. These sites are heavily indexed by Google and a link in press release to your web site will count as an external link and increase the ranking of your web site. |

Classified ads for city newspapers but online. For example, I live on the treasure coast of Florida. We have tcpalm as our newspaper here. It costs money to run an ad in the printed newspaper but I can list it on tcpalm.com's classified section for free. Think of how many classified ads online for all the newspapers in the country are free to list as long as you list online. |

You are right there are tons of FREE places to advertise for free. My friend has a forum that she has created for her company, but she has an enormous amount of resources for posting free ads she uses the resources herself to post job ads for her Chat4Cash Company Cash Cow Cha-Ching.
She also has a Yahoo Group that is just a group full of resources I'm sure she would allow you to join either her Yahoo Group or Forum to get access to the list. Or she might just send you a comprehensive list.
