go to your ebay page and look up the information there. or just click on the item you bought/won and look for (contact seller). click it and tell them. I'm sure that after a few emails back and forth you two can work out a deal.
My mom accidentally had an extra chandelier shipped to her. She contacted the seller and he let her keep it being that she lived in the middle of no where. She then gave the extra chandelier to my grandmother for Christmas |

Go into our my ebay menu, click on the item you bought and find out who the seller was. You may be able to get him to pay for the shipping to get it back, otherwise he may just tell you to keep it if the shipping is truly more than the item itself. |

You can contact the seller through ebay (theres a button that says contact seller on the bid page). ask him/her how they want to handle it. |

What kidn of a product was it? was it a valuable one? Well personally i would just keep it. You can notify the seller, but sometimes its not a mistake. I have gotten many free things, because something was wrong with the original or because they were just nice. You can contact them, but i wouldnt worry about it. As long as you are not being charged twice, it wasnt ur fault. |

I would contact him to make sure he knows what he did.
Then ask him what to do if he cares or not. |

Ask the seller if he is willing to pay for the shipping to send it back.
You can always contact the seller through EBAY. |

Hello,Yes, you do have to get in touch with the seller and that can be done very easily. Go to the description page via the item number or the seller's Ebay Id and there you will see the "contact seller" link. Sellers are very understanding and perhaps can suggest a solution. The seller may not even care about the double product. As it was his mistake. But in the true nature of fairness and ebay feedback, you do need to tell the seller. You may want to buy from the seller again and you want to have good professional relationships.
I have enclosed the html link for you. Good Luck.

Contact the seller for advice, it's better to be honest and get a good rating then to be otherwise. You'll feel better about yourself. That way the next time you are short on cash and the teller gives you more back than what was intended, maybe you will need it. Karma |

It was the shippers mistake. Most of these ebay sellers have a manual tracking system and will probably never realize they double shipped. I would wait to see if he notices, and if not, call it a gift! :) |

I'd say keep it. You didn't make the mistake and they probably didn't catch their mistake either. Don't worry about it. If you used a credit card and you got charged twice, call your credit card company and tell them you were charged twice for the same item. Don't tell them you got what you ordered twice cause they might not credit you back. They'll think you really meant to order that twice and you won't get the credit back. Good Luck! |
