i brought jordans on ebay for a bd party and paid for 2nd day ups air and it is the 5 day and i havent gotten my item the seller said it was comming from flordia and he gives me a tracking number and it is in china, i also saw ups shipping and it is not ups shipping it is ems tracking. i filed a dispute on paypal will iget my money back i paid w/a credit card really nervous |

Not if the value of the item was less than $25. Paypal charges a $25 fee for disputes so you will get the price you paid minus the $25 if you win the dispute.
The most you can do is report them to Ebay and leave them negative feedback. Ebay will ban them if they get enough complaints. |

If you paid via paypal, and have filed a dispute, you'll get your money back as long as the seller can't provide a tracking number
When someone files a dispute through paypal, if the seller can type in the tracking number, they are off the hook - even if they ship an empty box - all paypal requires is the tracking number!
The fact that it is coming from China makes me wonder, I never buy from there because I have had similar problems.
There is a very, very good chance the shoes are fake - stay away from Chinese auctions! When they arrive, send them back and make sure you get all your money back. If you get them back AND your money back, I'd keep them both |

You might want to go through PayPal next time....definately report the guy...ebay should send him messages and have his contact info....there is a waiting period though to receive your item...regardless of what timeframe they say they would ship....i think you are just gonna have to wait it out...you can file a dispute...when you do this, it will let you know if enough time has passed....sorry bout your luck buddy...ya just never can tell who you are dealing with anymore.... |

I got my money back after filing a similar dispute and I am about to go through this again. you can file a claim and upgrade it a dispute if you haven't heard from the seller.
I hate to say this but I would buy nothing from Asia...I had a lot of problems with sellers from there. but it does take a long time to receive merchandise so even though it is 2nd day UPS you have to wait for customs which can take weeks. it may not even have left the country yet. Contact ebay at 1-800-717-3229. |

You got scamed. You won't get your money back unless the seller gives it to you. Disputes don't go far on ebay. It's easy to rob someone on there. Sorry. :-( |

eBay is trying to address these kind of problems with the new improved feedback system. The trouble is, a lot of buyers don't check seller's feedback before making the purchase. Always check feedback before a purchase and do business with established sellers who have a good track record. This will help to avoid problems and disappointment (as in this case). |

This just happened to me a xmas.
So, you paid with paypal and used a credit card (excellent)!
Here is the deal, you have to file a dispute with paypal and MAKE SURE you escalate it to a CLAIM
The good news is that if paypal does not give you your money back (which they probably will), then you can file a claim with your credit card company to have the charge reversed.
Either way you will be fine. Be patient, this may take up to 30 days to resolve.
(by the way, paypal does not charge a dispute fee)

if you paid via paypal eBAY should cover it. However it doesn't sound like you have given the seller much chance to rectify the issue. Is the seller refusing to give you a refund themselves?
Ebay will not refund you unless you have tried to resolve this issue directly with the seller first |
