I would report him to eBay & file a complaint thru PayPal. I know from an experience my friend had that PayPal will work with you to get your money back. After 5 days & no communication, I'd give the seller a negative rating, w/an explanation so as to warn other eBayers. |

Give it a little more time. I've bought tons of stuff from eBay. At times it would take long and thought I wasn't going to get it and would start to get nervous and then I finally go it. And US shipping to Canada is probably going to take longer than 5 days. The person hasn't replied because they're probably thinking, Geez it's only been 5 days can't they wait?! LOL |

Did you e-mail the guy? is his feedback above 95% (don't buy from anyone lower) Sometimes it takes more than 5 days to recive your items, so be a little patient. If you don't get it in a reasonable amount of time file a complaint to eBay. |

i would give it about another week. if still nothing file a claim with paypal. where it says view order details, go into the menu and select report an item not recieved. itll give u instructions from there. had to do it once. paypal will give the seller a chance to respond, if they dont they will automatically give you your money back. |

Did you write the seller? Did you check your PayPal account to see if the $$ have "cleared"? If your PayPal is setup to come from a checking account, PayPal puts a hold on the $$ for at least 4-5 days.
If the $$ were cleared from PayPal to the seller, and he doesn't repond to email, ask PayPal for a refund--sending copies of your correspondence. |

You can petition with eBay to get your money back if there is a problem with your items (ex. not arriving!). It takes a bit of time, but you will get your money back eventually.
It's only been 5 days, however. I'd give your current item another week or so. Send the seller a message and ask what's up. If it doesn't arrive after a week, and you've asked them and they haven't responded, it might be time for a refund-try and negative feedback.
Don't be afraid of giving negative feedback... you don't want to let other people like yourself end up in the same situation. |

Try emailing the seller - calmly and see if you get a reply. If you haven't done that already. And then I would file a complaint with Ebay and Paypal. You can get pretty good advice on the Ebay forums as well. That's where I go for help. |

I would wait a bit before filing a complaint. If he mailed it using standard mail it could take 7-10 business days and he may have not actually sent it out the same day. E-mail him again and wait at least 2 full wks before you file a complaint. |

I have bought a ton of stuff on eBay and have never had a problem. Check your Paypal account and see if the funds have cleared. It may take longer since you are in Canada and he's in the states. I actually just bought a pair of shoes and it took 7 days for the payment to clear. I live in Georgia and the seller was in Washington state. If it has cleared, just go to "My eBay" and there is a drop-down box where you can select to "Contact Seller". Just drop them a message and ask them when they expect to mail your phone. Sometimes people get busy or sick and things take longer. Good Luck! |

Make sure you have all copies of emails you've sent to the seller. Contact Ebay letting them know what you are going through. Ebay will then look into things once they know about the problem. They will probably credit your paypal accopunt charging him the amount they credited you. I'm sorry your going through this and I hope it gets worked out in a timely matter and on your side. :-) |

well if you don't get your product and the guy doesn't reply or anything contact ebay they will help somehow im not sure how though because i haven't had this problem before. |

the only thing u can do is tell ebay. its not like its a lot of money but still ppl shouldnt be doing that. dont go on ebay anymore to buy gadgets and stuff. |
