You've discovered why Northern Rock have had to borrow money - no one is buying their stuff on Ebay.
More serious answer - just post school holidays so parents have forked out for new clothes for their kids, recovering from over spending on holidays. Summer is usually a slow time on Ebay. It will pick up again around October until mid - December, slow down until February when it will be good until the summer slowdown in June. |

I used to buy stuff off eBay but I don't bother any more. It's mostly over-priced tatt that people sell rather than throw away. |

myself and most of my friends have recently stopped buying from ebay altogether as it's become too expensive, overpriced etc. maybe it could be slowing in general. |

I have to agree with other answerers and say that eBay just isn't that cheap any more - I only look there if I'm looking for something that I can't find in the shops or from a 'proper' internet shop. |

i noticed every thing is going realy cheap!! but your not alone. ive sold one! article out of five this week. and it only went for its starter price.a few weeks ago it would have gon for double that. wonder whats going on?? perhaps its the finnancial climate. its dodgy every where at the moment isnt it. maybe every ones a bit scared of investing. |
