Hello aMzIeBaBy,
If you have not already given this buyer feedback, wait and see what they give you.
As has been suggested, if you get negative feedback, complain to Ebay and also reply to that feedback and let everyone know that if the buyer had read your description of the item they would have know what condition the boxset was in.
May I suggest you look through the 'Help' section of Ebay and refresh your memory on how to complain.
If you have already provided your feedback, you will still be able to reply to the buyers feedback for you.
Unfortunately there are always people on Ebay as well as everywhere else who are never satisfied and are constant complainers.
Good luck

If the scratches were mentioned in the listing then you don't have to do anything. Keep the emails threatening negative feedback as evidence. They can get their account suspended for that alone.
Take the negative. Sort it afterwards. Move on. There are too many idiots on eBay to worry about everything. |

So long as you indicated the condition then the buyer has bought them as described and cannot complain. If they leave negative feedback you can raise it with Ebay tribunals and they will look into it. Best option is to agree with the customer to both give neutral feedback. If they give you negative, then you should give it back also. |

tell her to read your advert again as you stated that there were scratches etc etc. she bought the DVDs knowing this, therefore it's down to her. if she leaves you negative feedback, then so be it, you can answer it back with your end of the story!! u can also give her negative feedback.... Good Luck!! xx |

Just get her to return them (at her expense of course). Then resell. You lose a little in fees but your reputation remains intact. If they're a new buyer, and you end up having to leave them neg feedback, their rating will look awful. You might want to remind them of that. |

Report it to ebay.
They will see from your listing that you mentioned the scratches.
She is a new customer and other users will see that. If you really want to keep the peace give her the money back, but make sure you leave her a c**p feedback! |

speak to ebay. There is a disputes team there that can deal with it. You can also reply to any feedback left on your page so that people can see what the issue is.
If she leaves negitive saying about scratches. Just reply by saying it was clearly noted on page. Also contact ebay to have the negitive feedback removed. this will then not count towards your feedback score |

report her to eBay for harassment. They will check the listing and see if everything was stated correctly. Or send her an email which shows what was said on your listing. Copy it from the page so she can't say you have changed it. Let her leave negative feedback. very few people pay attention to it plus you can add a note stating that it was advised in the listing about the condition. Then leave negative feedback saying what an awful customer she is. |

just to add , i shouldnt worry too much about an odd negative feedback- if people really check out feedback then they will look at how you respond to negative comments rather than the feedback itself! |

I hate people like this on ebay. Ive got someone asking me for a refund on something because it doesnt work properly, funnily enough it was fine when i sent it(and it was sent in protective packaging) People are always after something for nothing-thats just the way this country is nowadays.
Let her leave you negative-you can put a comment under it to explain it to future customers |

If what you sold matches your description, hand it over to eBays dispute centre. They will look at both parties views and will decide in your favour. If you get a neg after that, ask eBay to remove it and they will.
But first, neg your customer back to the stone age for not reading the listing properly...
EDIT. 'Looking fine to you' is good enough. Everyones version of 'fine' will differ. If they worked as you say, you dont have a problem.
'piggy' stop shouting ! |

as long as everything was described honestly then theres nothing she can do.
If she still carries on, offer her a refund, i know its probably not what you want, but it will atleast stop the negative feedback
If she really wont give up complain to ebay
Piggy
Theres no need to write it capitals
Its clear you want to be noticed! |
