i bought an item and paid and now the seller is a no longer a registered user about 5 days after i won the item i paid immediately will i get my item plz help
As long as you paid through paypal you are protected.
If you don't receive your item, you'll be issued a full refund.
Though, you must file a claim through paypal.
If you did not make payment through paypal, there's little you can do..

Contact ebay's live help explain to them what the situation is, they will lead you in the right direction.

How did you pay? If you paid with PayPal, you need to initiate a refund request through them. If you paid with a check, cancel that check right away.
If you have their address, I would contact the police and also have them work with eBay for fraud.

Visit Ebay's live help on their site and see if they have the solution. If not, try Paypal. I got scammed buy someone trying to buy from me.(or so they said) Good Luck!

did you pay with paypal? I think your protected if you pay with them but do file a report...I dont trust ebay as far as I can throw them...

File a complaint w/ paypal. They should have a procedue they go through when customers sell and run. Hope that helps.
