Simply give them what you feel they deserve. Give them a decent bonus so they can have something extra and nice for christmas. |

I would say an extra week's pay would be fair. |

Contractors come and go, and your employees are full time. Honest and awesome as well! I think anything less than 2% of their yearly salary, would be an insult. You don't want to give too little, nor too much! Good luck! |

Wow, you are really a great employer. I don't know exactly what monetary value you can give them, depends on what you have. I think they would appreciate that or maybe a gift certificate for a dinner. I think whatever you give, since it is from your heart, that you have blessed them. |

The general rule is a week's pay. |

Where I work now I get an AWESOME Christmas bonus. Where I used to work for about 6 years ... our Christmas was normally the equivilant of one paycheck ... plus we would have a Christmas party and had a drawing for free little gifts. |

What ever you decide, keep it equal. Either percentage of salary or days of pay or what ever you can afford.
Just keep it equal |

I worked at a company once that gave us all $50 walmart gift cards at Christmas, that was awesome. Maybe give them a gift card for $75 or $100. How much are you giving the contractors? |

if you dont have alot of money doing something personal would go a long way farther than just some gift cards maybe take them and thier family out to dinner one afternoon |

ok well, i'd just get them gifts, like gift cards or hampers or sumthing small n cheap. ye it doesn't sound right but people should be appreciative to any gift as it's something they wouldn't have recieved. yes praise them for the work they've done over the time and that this is a small gift of your appreciation. don't strain yourself and maybe get them a drink or 2. whatever u feel is comfortable |
