print out a kind of leaflet saying your doing this and post them through doors or urrrm :S put notices up in shop windows
oh yeah and sell stuff, sure ebays good but youll make like what £5 for 10 shirts?? seriously tho, no one will buy something unless its 5% of the original price because thats what every one else sells it for on there :] hope i help xx |

Dog walking for neighbours is a good idea. Many people have dogs and would gladly pay someone to take their dogs for a walk. £3 a walk, minimum of 20 minutes
Car cleaning is another way of getting some extra cash.
£3 for just outside the car. £ 6 for inside and outside.
Ebay? Trendy clothes that you have outgrown or don't wear, between you all you should be able to raise a bit of cash that way? Also unwanted Xmas presents. To calculate what the clothes are worth, take their original cost, if they have been worn etc and what condition they are in. Start your bids off on ebay at 99p, the items you sell will find their price by the bidders.
Good luck.

Put an little advert on your local groceries stores window, saying you can do pet care ( walking a dog, feeding cats, fish etc.) you could offer some cleaning, same with baby sitting, clean local windows.
Don't know where you live but in London you get like £ 7-10/h
Good luck |

The good ol' car wash!
If you live in a place with nice weather right now, do it.
See if a business will let them use their parking lot on a main street. |

How about offering car cleaning, garden tidying or doing errands for the neighbours.
Put a card up in your local shop and spread the word. |

Make some cards and advertise at clubs and stuff like that. You could ask a teacher to put some in the staff-room and visit a few houses down your street either giving them or posting the cards - thats what I'm doing for my babysitting :) |
