This is a big responsibility, are you sure you're ready. Besides this, there will be other chores for you including the kids if she can get away with it, so be prepared. 8 to 10 per hr, per child would be reasonable. They want to get over because you are so young, so ask someone who's been doing this for a while, to get a firm answer.
