I am thinking of starting a new business harvesting wild birds for human consumption.

The idea is to fly a small aircraft with a large net tailing behind. Using radar technology I can seek out large flocks which should be easy to gather up in nets. The nets would be dropped to the ground and collectors would process the birds for sail to the supermarkets and restaurants. The meat would be 100% organic and environmentally friendly.

The concept is exactly the same as sea fishing where sonar detects fish shoals and these are netted for our consumption.
However, in order to minimise bycatch, the process where unwanted species are caught in nets and then discarded, I would hope using advice from chefs to be able to procss most of the catch by selling some to pet food manufacturers.

What do you think of this idea and do you have any ideas as to how I can maximise the business potential. How would you feel about eating wild bird meat which is organic, yielding maximum nutritional benefits.
