Yes, but not so much anymore. eBay is beginning some new rules that in the end will steal sellers' profits up to as much as 65% with final value fees and fees taken by paypal, which eBay owns. Currently, there are several boycotts in effect regarding these issues. You can read about them on the links below. |

I have! I once bought a stuffed animal from a thrift store that looked practically new for $0.25, and it sold for $50! Pure luck tho, I guess....ya gotta know what'll sell. ;) |

a lot of pple make money on ebay but the problem is ebay is flooded with all kinds of product and it's hard to sell something and make money because dozens of people have already listed that item. |

yes I have but didnt do it like a serious bussiness just had some old NES games and collector things that my family wanted to sell , but if you decide to be careful and dont take deals from anyone bc they might be trying to rip you off. and one more thing if you sell something breakable make sure you have a pic or pics from all angles and I mean ALL of it before you ship, so If they say you broke it and want a refund or something you can say, um no I didnt and no im not bc it was the shipping companys fault not mine then :) |

I think I made some extra cash on a few Oakley sunglasses I bought end of summer clearance. I also bought some Cubs tickets today. If Cubs are rockin by end of July, I will also make a few bucks. Making real money is a lot of dedication, which I couldn't do. |

Hell yeah. Depends on what you're selling though. When eBay first started, a neighbor friend used to make her living selling antiques and stuff. Now she and her artist partner just started selling some of their chainsaw wood carvings. They've sold six pieces so far this month.

rumor goes that a guy strated off selling 1 red pen and eventualy (over 1 years time) made enough money to buy a second house, but i have never bought or sold anything on ebay. and i would never try to buy and sell for miney....to risky when we get into the high numbers |
