Email the seller!! If they are any good, they will get back to you and let you know whats happening. Often sellers are made NARU for a few days because they haven't paid their sellers fees. Communication is the key - you may well get your purchase without any problems at all and you have 45 days before needing to do anything with PayPoo anyhow! |

It depends, if what you bought was an electrical good worth a fair amount of money or if was anything worth good money then i'd e-mail the person. If they don't reply, it mihgt be wise to start proceedings with paypal. But i do very little ebaying so you can ignore me if you like. |

I had that happen to me one time. I received the item in about 5 days. It's too soon to jump to conclusions. |

I had the same thing happen to me. Email the seller and politely ask for an explanation. In my case the guy emailed back that he was making some changes, and that my item was already shipped. I received it and his account was reinstated a few days later.
Contact seller before dispute resolution. Its policy and the right thing to do. |

It once happened to me. But lucky me, the seller was honest and shipped me the $150 DVDs. I'd say keep communicating with her. If she's not replying, then forget about it for your own good. If she's replying, then make sure you buy insurance and tracking number. Also, use Paypal and credit card to pay her as you'll get protection if she doesn't ship the items. :D |

contact ebay through their helpdesk and they should be able to advise you.
Hope you get your money back if the seller has done a moonlight on you..... |

I brought golf clubs sold as genuine but were actually fake. The seller de-registered and ebay did not want to know. |

I would try to recover through paypal asap. Unless its over £20 then ebay won't help.... |

normally your not allowed to close your ebay account for 60 or 90 days after you have brought or sold anything, it sounds a bit dodgy to me , i take it you havnt recieved the item yet, i would wait a few days to see if it arrives if not then contact ebay and also contact paypal, but either way you should win cause if you dont recieve it and you paid through paypal you will get your money back. |

resist the temptation is to get stroppy straightaway. i found an ebay seller was trying to stiff me by not sending the goods and ignoring my emails for 2 months
first of all check the sellers feedback then send an pleasant email or 2 along the lines of 'i'm sure theres been a mistake and that you've mislaid my order. after sending upwards of a dozen emails over 2 months and getting no response i complained to ebay.
their complaints procedure is disgraceful. should the seller choose not to respond to the complaint they will do nothing!
however there was a happy ending.
in desperation i wrote a sinister email hinting that i knew someone in his local VAT office and to expect a dawn raid on his house and business!
after no response for 2 months a reply came back in less than 10 minutes apologising profusely and offering not only the goods i'd paid for but a complimentary item free of charge.
i havent bought anything else on ebay since and probably wont unless its someone local enough to pay and collect the goods at the same time |
