Honestly,
I've sold lots of stuff on Ebay. You can't make money on there like you could several years ago. Too many people are doing it nowadays and the fees for Ebay and the online payment services like Paypal are just too expensive.
If your trying to clean out some stuff from your garage or attic, then you can make a few bucks selling stuff you don't need anymore. But you can't turn on profit on there from new items. |

Take a look and see what goes for a fair amount of money. Branded items always sell for more, and new will make more money than a second hand item. Something fashionable or trendy and in demand will also make you more money. I sell mainly clothes - sometimes for a lots but mostly for peanuts so you need to be careful on what you decide to sell. Ensure your photo is clear, your description is good (and honest) and hopefully you will do well. Good luck. |

Clothes, especially designer ones. Go to jumble sales, charity shops, car boot sales, pick up things cheap and sell them. As long as they are in good condition then they will sell. |

Whatever all your friends are clamoring to buy or their friends are saving and raving to buy. That's what you should sell, someone said if it don't sell like chocolate at Easter, franks at a ball park, toys at Christmas, turkey and pumpkins at Thanksgiving you should not be caught dead with it on an ebay page. otherwise you'll just give it away and that's not the way to make money now is it.

The best thing is a product you are familiar with. I knew about clothes, so started by selling used clothing. Cell phones are doing very well. The best thing to do is some homework. Pick something you might like to sell, then search through Completed Auctions, sort by highest price, then look through those auctions - how much did they go for, how long was the auction, what words were used in the title, etc. |

Best way to find that out is search eBay - best sales etc - someone already raking it in selling a specific product on ebay isn't going to share that information with you. |
