Really low prices and high quality clothing do not typically go together, unless you are selling used clothes. Since your example is Big Lots, I surmise that you are trying to attract people with the promise of low prices and let them be surprised by the higher than expected quality. If this is your strategy, then you could try a name like "Unexpected Treasures"
If you want to attract people with the quality of your merchandise and have them be surprised by the low prices then you might try a name like "Mode".
