i would say yes - of course that depends on what the nature of the business is.
If you wanted to open a first class restaurant and needed premises fitting out with kitchens etc, or a factory with heavy plant machinery needed to run the business then you might struggle! however, i have a services based business and work from home, it cost me around £1k to get up and running and i have just passed my first year and am here to tell the tale.
as long as you do the financial planning you need and feel you could do it for £10k then go for it! it could be the best thing you ever do. |

Depends on the business type. When you've made your business plan you'll see if your financial projections can be established with 10k in mind. To make it work need to haggle for everything, wholesale prices best and keep costs low negotiate. |
