you need to be careful, a lot of things are scams. if it was so easy to work from home everyone would. why can't you work outside the house? what home conditions?
a lot of work from home companies want you to shell out money first. it can be tough to find. most people who work from home had a job outside the house and their employer allowed them to work from home. good luck. |

"If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate."
There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.
If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

You can try earning some extra cash using "Get Paid To" websites.
The one I'm a member of is free to join and use and basically what you do is fill out free surveys and offers. The pay around $.25-5.00+ depending on which one you do, and each survey and offer takes 5mins or less to complete. There are hundreds of them to do and they add more all the time as well.
The minimum payout for the site is $10, this is easibly reachable within the first couple hours of so in participating in the website. On average people probably earn around an extra $50-100 a month. However, there are a lot of people on the site that do make over $1000+ a month. The site also holds contests every month with great rewards. There is an awesome contest going on for the month of July for whoever makes the most money in offers wins $100 =)
If you'd like to see proof of payments and read more about the site you can visit my website. |

The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).
Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public website.
I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work. |

First do NOT go to any sites that offer "at home jobs" that want a fee. Real companies who offer real jobs do not follow that route.
Companies to consider are those that have remote call centers or help desks. Several have "agents" that work at home and are real jobs.
Check out "ClarkHoward.com". http://clarkhoward.com/ He is the advocate for not wasting money and search his site for "jobs at home".
You can also go to the home page for job applicants at companies you think have remote call centers or help agents. These include all of you PC vendors (HP & Dell, etc.), all Domestic Airlines, and Insurance companies. |
