When I was 12 I did lots of those types of jobs too... (but that was a long time ago)
babysitting: $7-10 an hour
plantsitting: $5 a day
petsitting: $25 per day if it is a dog but you have to earn it by walking and exercising them well.
poo removal:$5 per poo
carwash: $10 per car
weeds: $5-8 per hour |

Great question!! Usually babysitting is $3-$5 an hour per kid, plantsitting/petsitting might be $5-$10 a day, washing cars $10/car, and yardwork $7-10 an hour.
Depends on the economics where you are, but these are the going rates for where I live (average income $45,000/yr)

theres many things you can do
looks like you have a good list started
as for how much you should charge
i use to babysit
its a pain in the buttt lol
i use to charge 6 an hour
but when ur doing things like that
try to be negoshable
depending on how many hours you will be
how many pets there are how many cars your washing
car washing probably 15 for the wash and moree for the inside cleaning too
also you could talk to ur parents about a weekly allowence if possible
just make sure you do the nessasary chores
even if it only like 10 bucks a week

Cool! I'm 12 too! Anyway I babysit and thats pays off o.k. but it isn't that good of pay!
Babysitting:Its o.k. but doesn't pay very good. Maybe charge about $5.00 an hour
Plantsitting:I never heard of it but it probably pays worse than babysitting Charge 1.00 a plant per day
Petsitting:Depends on what someone is willing to pay for it but you should probably charge 5.00 per animal per day
Picking up dog poo:ewwwwww charge about 50 cents to a dollar per poo.........lol
Washing cars:Pays pretty good I say 10-15 dollars a car is good
Picking up weeds:Also depends on what someone is willing to pay for it maybe 3.00 an hour

what i use to do when i was your age, was make my mom have a yard sale and then i would sale lemonade for 25 cents a cup..you should probably charge 50 now haha, i also made bracelets! i would go buy fishing string from walmart and some beads and make really cute bracelets and those would sell too...good luck |

I konw how it is......I just started at 12 too... but im 13 now. Anyways for babysitting it actually depends how many kids you are babysitting.Also depends on how long your babysitting the children or child, also how long your staying with him/her.But you have to charge a reasonable price for the parents because you do want them to hire you again. . For 1 child, lets say for example 6:00pm-10:00pm : I would charge about $40.00 to $50.00. It's all about how long you stay with the child/children and how many there is. If there is more children like from ages 1- 4 or 1-3 I would charge a little more because its more work. When your going to babysitt figure out how long your going to stay with he child/children and how many there is. Let me know if you get a job and I'll help you with more. For plantsitting I wouldn't charge that more becuase it's just plantsitting. Petsiting, I would charge more because you have to walk them, feed them then probably have to bath them. So I would charge about $50.00. It also depends on how many dogs your takeing care of and how long. Again, Let me know if you can. Picking up dog poo I would cahrge about $00.50 each dog poo. Washing cars I would say if its those small cars I would say about $6.00 and if it's those jeeps or something I would charde $10.00. Picking up weeds, it depends how much weeds. So I would charge about $10.00 to 15.00 or maybe even $20.00. I hope this helps and let me know if you need any more advice or sumthing.
