I think most people who have never been in business for themselves don't realize to be a bus. owner that you only need to work 1/2 of the day, you just get to choose which 12 hours you like.
They only see what they want to see and think it's so easy!
Everybody wants it for free, not giving any thought to someone originally spent money to set it all up and usually much more than they want to include them.
Probably the biggest misconception there is, is that you publish a webpage and that's all they need to do.
