Have you tried putting up a sign that says "Shoplifting is a Crime"? and/or you could ask the police to drive by your store more often. I've learned it is best to be positive with customers, always phrasing things in a positive way. Example: Instead of "Don't take that without paying!", try "I think you picked something up by mistake. Please put it back on the shelf." |

You clearly ask them to leave and not return. If they return you call the cops. Better yet, try and arrange to have a police officer witness you tell them to leave. If they return, the police officer can issue them a citation (like a ticket), or more likely a a written warning. THEN if they return, they can be arrested. |

Get gun, Get a security cam. and next time they come to the store, tell them to aproach the front counter, take a few poloroids of them. And then tell them to never come again. If they give you any trouble then you are in a situation to defend yourself. At this point pull out your gun, and point it at their heads. Call the police, and tell them to come immediatly or else they'll be investigating a homicide. Once the police come, have the whole thing on video cam of them refusing to leave the store, (therefore giving you the right to use force, or a gun. Say that once they refused to leave, you are then obligated to pres trespassing charges, and have the kids sent to jail. after that send out blow up images of the punks to all store owners in the city warning them about these lawbreakers. If theyre smart they will hang them up in all their stores. After all, u should have the right to warn people. Let us know what you plan to do. |

Yes, you can always refuse to serve someone. Also, if someone is harassing you, then you definitely have the right to disengage yourself and your business. Unless, there is some issue of public access and government funding, private owners have the right to serve and not serve anyone, as long as it is legal. |

Call the cops and have a trespassing warant written on them and then if they come to your store again you can have them put in jail. It is your store and you can refuse anyone service.
