it is really difficult for a 14 year old to get loan from a financial institution but you can always earn for yourself...
You can try the advertising program by google named adsense.
It is really good and i also earn a nice amount to spend on my needs along with my pocket money.
And you can also work whenever you want to...
Just make a website and start earning. No investment if you start with a blog.
People have really made fortunes in this thing who took this even a bit seriously...and to top it all you have nothing to lose so i also thought this thing and gave it a try...

If you want to start your own business that is great, shows determination, which I don't understand why you dont show same determination to get a job and save up for the money. Can deliver newspapers, can clean neighbors homes and/or cut their grass. Can walk neighborhood dogs, lots of things to prove you are responsible and Mature enough to start your own business, then parents might be more apt to lend a helping hand. |

No financial institutions will lend anyone under the age of 18 anything! You need credit, the ability to pay it back ( a job!) and your age isn't helping. I'd ask a friend, family member, or parent for help on this one, because NO ONE will lend a child that amount of money. |

you would have to have your parents or other adult help, no bank would give a 14 yr old that much money no matter what the game plan...good luck |

A 14 year old is too young to sign a loan contract. I would recommend either borrowing money from relatives or having an adult relative take out the loan on behalf of the 14 year old. |
