Most of the reasons are listed by others the most important reason is that, if he can't speak for himself, where is the question of some one trusting and giving him a loan to start a business without security / collateral.

its not compulsory that one should be graduate to take loan from banks. the business proposal should be genuine, the banks ensure that they will get back the money in stipulated time... one needs money, brain and hard-work for success in business, education is important but is not a limiting factor.... degree has nothing to do with it. When you ask loan from anyone, the lender will ask for the guarantee / collateral security... If a stranger asks a loan from you, will you give it without knowing the borrowers credentials? |

Who told you that you must be a graduate to do business. Most of the successful business ventures in India are being promoted by matriculation and less. As long as you can conduct the business successfully you are a businessman.
Regarding loan you can get loan without any collateral security as long as you can prove your credential;s for repayment by your project report. any bank can help you. Otherwise, collateral security is a must |
