Really depends on whre you are sending it to. I work for a concrete company. You can certainly get Ready Mix in a bag from places like Rinker or Tarmac or have it hauled to you by a contractor. |

Cement is a commodity which is readily available right around the world, even in the poorest countries. Shipping it will be prohibitively expensive - far more than the cost of the cement itself. If all the factories have sold out then someone somewhere must be engaged in a massive building project of some kind.
Phone some aggregate companies and see where they get their supplies - it's not something that runs out apart from maybe a very short space of time. |

Have you thought about making your own? the procedure is fairly simple and the binder is not expensive. You can find the procedures for making concrete on the Internet for all sorts of strengths from mortar to 10k compression crete. Depending upon how much you need this may not be viable. The weight of concrete is such that it makes shipping to other countries highly unprofitable or vastly expensive. |
