why not start by asking you telephone co. if they refuse just say you did not call it - then go into dispute by deducting the price of the calls from your bill prior to paying - that should do it

Call the phone company and ask them. I have a 900 number block on my telephone so no one can call those numbers. It may be something you want to consider.

ask the company that you are with BT or who ever, to find out if someone has pushed a heavy bill on to your account and what they suggest they will do or what you can do!! you didnt say just exactly how it came to be on your account or if they kept you talking or holding the line, thats the game these clients play
