most people also have some sort of exercising device at home...
maybe a stationary bike?
but the way to get abs is push ups, sit ups...
any kind of movement wherein you can feel the burn on ur abdomen area... |

I did nothing to get mine, just was an active child, and now at 16 years of age it remains, and I am happy about that. Depends on your body type, because it seems it was too easy for me to get one, when others my age struggle. |
