Williams, I certainly hope that you do not have to write anything to them... it's a CAPITAL "I", not a lower case "i"... and "Wanna" is not a word. You do stuff like that in front of an educated person and you are dead meat right off.
However, to give you really helpful advice, it would be necessary to know what your line of work IS. Until then do this: Work Hard, Deliver the Goods as Promised, Don't try to cheat the clients, and LISTEN to what they say. |

It depends on the industry you are in. Punctuality, honesty, etc all help. Also asking how their family is etc, makes it feel more casual and them more generous. Try not to be to slick though, that tends to make clients think that you are not trust worthy, and they will pull contracts from you, or not offer you any in the future.

What line of work are you in? Impressing clients is all about getting to know them, building a realtionship, and once you do that take them to their fav place to eat, but them some perfume..etc |

Manners, courtesy and consideration. Being polite goes a long way. It seems people have gotton use to others being abrupt and rude. Be polite, have a sense of humor and they will remember you. |
