offer to walk neighbors' small dogs or ask neighbors if they have any chores where you could work for $$. i used to polish silver for people and vacuum houses. it's easy enough, and people usually are willing to pay a few bucks for these jobs. just make sure your parents know the people you work for and that you'll be safe while working.
also, you can ask your friends if they want to buy any toys, etc. from you.
or bake some good brownies and sell them to your neighbors and friends.
whoever mentioned selling blow pops has it right. you can even buy those airheads candies and sell them for a higher price than you bought them for. sell to your friends like at lunch when they're hungry! :) |

Go to your wholesale store that sells those bulk items (like giant packs of toilet paper) and buy blow pops. Usually $13 for 100. Sell them for a quarter each to kids in your area. You can do this with all kinds of candy. Good luck. |

Well..... when I was 10 or 12 I did yard word. I even shined shoes for a while. Had a cool-aid stand once. I sold and traded things. Did some baby sitting.

When I was your age, I opened up a business making lamps out of people's favorite toys. You can buy just about any character from Toys R Us then make a stand out of plywood. Paint the stand then screw the figure's feet to it. From there all you need is a low wattage small light to put in his hand, and voila-- a light for your bed stand. I made a couple hundred dollars doing this. It might take a little help from your parents when it comes to using tools, but it's all stuff you can do with basic hand tools. Good luck! |
