The Question that you got to ask is it to late that you have Sign your life away . Trust/Mortgage/ Legal stuff out of the way /Silent Owner/ Did not Trust her/ Motive that is extremely Dishonest /Jerk. Well my answer is "STOP" Entertaining this , CAN of WORMS ! Your words that you must use is INVESTIGATE their MOTIVE `S .So you may have to seek legal advice and or just STOP and then WATCH . Don`t Talk , Don`t do anything that will agitate them Better to loose a little then loose it all . Remember Stupid is everywhere even in the first grade. GOOD LUCK |

I don't know what kind of legal trouble your hubby's business has, but is it possible that the partner is responsible?? There are multiple options for your hubby. He can sell his half of the business. He can sign his half of the business over to his partner (or the girlfriend). He could even just dissolve the company. The only reason people become like the partner has is if they are doing something that they know is wrong. Your hubby needs to be given the confidence to be in business on his own. The stress he is going through now is pulling him down. Knowing the guy since the first grade, though, means that convincing hubby to ditch him will be difficult. All you can do is keep pointing out that this guy is hurting him. It may be that your hubby will have to learn the hard way. Let your hubby look at the answers you recieve. Let him know how seriously concerned you are about this situation. |

hire a lawyer and get rid of you husband take all the money that you can get and when there is no more then get back with your husband and move away, to another state. let the other guy worry about all the bills and legal problems and his girl friend. move while you still can. |
