Go to www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk there you will get templates for a CV just follow the instruction and if you get stuck visit the jobcentre they have people who can help you overcome this common problem.

A good way to get started is to enroll in monster.com or dice.come. They have some questions that you can keep answering and at the end of it, you have an option to download your CV in a word format. You can start off from there.
There are plenty of people with no experience so don't worry about that. Try and get some relatives to refer you for starters and take it from there.
