I want to work at home from the computer is there any sites that are real that isn't a scam

Sign up with a reputed freelancing site like ScriptLance.com, eLance.com, guru.com etc.
Then start bidding on those projects only which match with your expertise.
Hopefully you will get some genuine works.

Medical billing is the way to go, and it's TOUGH to get into.

The best thing to do is start a business from home.

Ebay is a great resource.
CafePress is good, and Paypal as well.

Be creative. Start it in your spare time and build slowly. Don't be afraid to fail many times before finding an idea that works.

You know I have family some how having business on line. Like Ebay, or craigslist. Make something to sell or get a company to and sell.

ChaCha is a really easy way to make money. All you have to do is google answers for questions they give you. I make $8-10 an hour.

It's much much less stressful than having a normal job, you work anytime you want to, from your home and it's really easy to do. My suggestion is that you try to answer 50 questions a day at least. If you do this you will most likely get paid $0.20 per question the next week.

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

I did a lot of research to find the right program. It was difficult, but I finally found one that showed me exactly how to make money online with as little cost to me as possible.

I am a mother of two little girls who are actually tugging on my arm as I write this so I will try to be brief. Many people are looking for work from home companies. All the scams definitely create a big problem but also, there is a problem of people misunderstanding the difference between work from home "jobs" and work from home opportunities. There really are not work from home “jobs”. To get that you have to start working for a company in their offices first, then they MAY allow you to take the job home.

Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate offers are not an hourly pay type job. They are business opportunities that help you in starting your own business from your home. What you should do first is to decide if you are simply looking for an hourly rate type job or if you are looking for more of an opportunity for additional income such as what you would make in your own business being your own boss from home. Small home businesses have some small costs involved, less than $500 to start is reasonable and I would stay away from those wanting $1000-$5000. It doesn’t cost that much to start and run a home business so you shouldn’t pay it.

If you are coming across places that say free then I would RUN don’t walk the other way! They never are. I tried them many a times and 3 weeks later I had to buy this and 6 weeks later that. After 6 months these “free businesses” had cost me over $800 on average.

As for those of you who say…..”I want to work from home but I don’t want to have to pay for anything”. Well, that’s great! But it will never happen. Let’s be honest, there is no such thing as a free lunch. If it is a true honest home business you need to expect to pay. Mr. Walt Disney didn’t start the Disney empire “without paying for anything”. Neither did Mr. Sam Walton, owner of Wal-Mart.

I'll fill you in on a business that needs no money to invest and pays well once a lttle work has been done. I started a business myself. Flyer delivery for small businesses. I mean places like Bob's pizza or Ashley's hair salon. These small guys need to advertise with flyers. They dont have the money for tv. Heres where i get your attention. You offer to deliver Bob's pizza flyers for 5 cents a flyer door to door. Find three more little guys and you have 20 cents a house. Now you can put up your own flyers offering a job that pays $14 per hour. Paying your deliver 10 cents and keeping the other ten cents. FOr every 500 flyers they deliver the pay is $50 dollars for them and $50 for you. Dont stop here!! Get four flyers from small guys in different towns and hire people in these areas. With only one person delivering four flyers/20 cents, five days a week, makes you $250 a week. Four flyers in another town is another $250, and so on for as many flyers you secure.
No bank loan or start up cost, no risk. I have three people in different towns. Each making me $250 A WEEK. $750 A WEEK. There you go, not a scam. Free.

As a long time surfer I can say that you have to land carefully in a site which does not require any upfront fee.

I suggest that you can search using "name" + "scam" to find whether a named program is scam or not, so that you can skip the famous scammers on the internet, then consider the rest work at home programs.
