Its sods law that something like that would happen! If you had the staff there to take the calls, you probably wouldn't notice how busy you really are. Any may I add a T to your WOFT...making them a TOTAL WASTE OF FxxxxxxTIME!! |

If I understand right, it is the chaos theory incarnate.
That or it has something to do with the beating of butterfly wings.
Best advise i have to counter this effect is to chant the mantra from the Book of Weird Al, Chapter 1, verse 70:

They know.... because they are ALL watching you with their mini hidden cameras, also they take great pleasure in knowing that what they do, annoys the t*ts off you.
Just laugh and point at everything you suspect has an hidden camera.... jump on your desk and shout from the top of your voice anything you desire before going back to your desk as if nothing has happened.

Because WE have to make a living like everyone else and usually we were told by one of your staff to call back at a specific time, so next time I phone you remember it doesn't cost anything to be nice, try speaking to us and then we wont phone you back - well not for a few weeks anyway, obviously your not short staffed today or you would have time to be on this. |
