i added a note to it explaining wny i left negative and the seller responded by adding a note to the positive feedback she laready gave saying im spiteful becuase i gave her a negative because never received the item

I think there is a way to add another comment on later. Look on the site map about feedback & it will tell you how to do it. I have done it in the past, but you have to search it out on the site. They don't make it easily found! |

You cannot change feedback on ebay. That's why it is wise to wait until the transaction is complete, then to post feedback. Feedback is the only thing a buyer has to motivate the seller to complete the transaction to everyone's satisfaction. |

You can't. That is why they say that is the very last thing you do. You can wait until 45 days from end of auction.
You can leave follow up to your feedback. Be factual and clear on the info you wish to leave. |

you can't retract feedback once it is left. i believe you can reply to feedback however, which you would go to the user's page and there's a link on there that you can click. |

Unfortunately, there is no way you can change feedback, once it is left there's no going back. Now you can reply to the sellers feedback left for you. I NEVER leave feedback UNTIL I have 1) received an item I bought or 2). received feedback from an item I have sold. It is for my own protection against negative feedback, due to the fact it can not be changed. The best you can do it come back with a reply to the feedback seller left you to plead your case or make a statement. GOOD LUCK |
