Why don't you just find a new job? |

Just mind your own business. If the coworker is really bad, they'll hang themselves in time. If you try to get someone fired, you're the one who needs the attitude adjustment--or another job. |

Your not the worker's boss.Is the person doing something immoral or illegal?Just disliking someone isn't a reason to go the boss and try to get them fired. |

Go to your Human Resources department and tell them that you would like your co-worker fired because you don't like him/her.
Even if they don't fire your co-worker, they may suggest a really good psychologist for you. |

use his computer and look at porn sites and then "accidently" send it to the boss pretending he was tryna send it to his friend.

why would you want someone to be unemployed? |

If the co-worker is doing something wrong, it should be easy. If she is doing an excellent job, but you don't like her---YOU'D better look for a different job. |

Just wait until they realize what a petty, immature twit you are. They will quit. |

Dont set up someone for something they didnt do. If you dont like them, thats your personal issue, but you should get rid of a good employee to your company for your personal gain, thats morally wrong. But on the other hand, you have prove of them doing wrong or hurting the company or in some way they have do something wrong against the company. Keep in mind that a personal reason to have a coworker fired is not legit, it has to be reasoned with facts and it must relate to the company you work for. Another solution is get a new job where your coworker is not there.. n there you go. Maybe you can talk to your manager to move you else where in the company so you odnt have to work with ur coworker... think of other solutions then getting someone fired, if you odnt have prove to them being a bad employee. |

You don't. You suck it up and act like an adult. In every job you have, there will likely be someone you work with whom you dislike. Just pretend to like them. You have a duty to be civil while you are at work. Getting someone fired is imature, mean, and dishonest. I hope you reconsider
the whole thing. |

Do the co-worker's job better than they do it. Or get another job. |

you mean fired from hi or her job? that's not fair at all. think about the reasons you don't like your co-worker, is that fellow a nuisance to you? you don't like te looks? can't simply get along with him? is he bothering you in any way? if he is harmless, and you simply don't like that person, that means you should think of getting him lose his job? that's a very irrational and unreasonable way of thinking. if you don't like, keep to minimum interaction, and if he is a good worker, doing his job sincerely, he is not going to lose his job, because the superiors will not lose him. in fact you only may get fired if you keep on complaining unnecessarily about your coworker. we need not like all the people at all the time, true, but we have to tolerate them, but don't tolerate any nonsense, that' all. |

Believe it or not, but the BEST way, in my opinion, would be to try to make friends with your co-worker. I know that this is easier said that done, but I too had the same problem a few years back and decided to "kill" her with kindness. I would go and sit in her cubicle with her. Get myself a cup of coffee and bring her one and eventually invited her to have lunch with me. You could tell that she was leary and stunned at first, but after the initial "ice-break" we actually ended up pretty good friends. |

Stop and think about it for a minute....what if it were you that someone wanted fired....Why do you want her fired , has she done anything to you? If you don't like working with her then I suggest you find another job, cause it sounds to me like you are acing very juvenile.....GROW UP |

If you work at a store that sales things tell a supervisors she's stealing. Put things in her work area to make her look the part of a sticky finger. And if your supervisor doesn't do anything ask them would it be ok if you steal or someone else who the supervisor may have a problem with. Make her look dumb when she brings up things. Out do her in your work. |
