There are all kinds of sources that will tell you how to fire an employee. The common element in all strategies is that you need to draft a plan 30 - 90 days and outline expectations. This should include expected production, quality, and professional demeanor, amongst other things. Be detailed in the plan and eliminate any possible ambiguity that comes to mind.
You will then need to notify said employee that you are placing them on plan of whatever you want to call it and give them quantifiable reasons why you are taking this action. At first they may vent and if this comes as total surprise to them they will probably be in denial. If they vent at you let them and do not react. Keep your focus on the plan. in front of you. You have come this far and they shouldn't be able to change your mind.
If you make it this far the rest is downhill. I could go on but I think you could take it from here. Good luck it is not a fun thing to do but you have to let your pedantic side of you do this. |

okay we had a, very very difficult male employee in our jobbs as nude waiters gay mens club restaurant, when he was hired he was very very quiet swet and polite, our rules are here the patrons do not touch us, except too tip us, if we want to date one iof the gay gentleman,, management frowns on itt for afety reasons, but this one kid was coming in late after the first week, and dident seem too care about our gay patrons etc, and i have a written warning against no dating the customers after work or exchanging phone numbers or flirting with them they are here to turn over tables, etc, anyways when i hire the guys i tell them look, you get two writeen warnings, wel this one kid almost, was too good at first he was fast on his feet extremely good looking and always smiled but after the second week, he was late rude and snotty, and i hire them with the understanding they are totally gay, well after his ist writuppp, he got pised of and told me he wasent gay in fact had a girlfriend, okay i told him too get back on the flloor, i was short one waiter and the second time he stold 20-.00 off another guys table, i brought him in and said look, okay heres your second warning sighn itt he tore it up and i told him he was imediatelly firedd out, and i deductedd 20.00 from his pay, and black balled him from working in our busines again, if i hire 10 guys i find one good one etc!! |

I've had to fire someone for insubordination. The best advice I can give you is to document everything! Every conversation, every warning...everything. The more documentation you have, the faster you're able to dismiss them. |

First thing you should do is sit this person down in a quiet place. Explain to her or him what you expect and that you are giving her or him one week to become a team player!!! After that it will be the front door. You might ask if they have any personal prblms at home. Thats if you care enough. Sometimes that will cause erratic behavior. Yr choice since you are the boss this is part of being the boss letting someone go.Good luck in this matter |

first make sure that you are not a difficult or nudging boss only then label an employee as difficult..ask ur soul if u r exploiting ang using the others or being partial or xtra sweet to some.if nothing is the case try talking and knowing what has made him /her so difficult.help out if u can and if u cant keep till the person finds another suitable job..thats what humanity and my sense of business tells me. |
