Alright for starters the easiest way to use ebay is to set up a Paypal account first. (paypal.com) From there you can buy/sell/transfer money into your bank account very easily. The main alternative would be checks/money order, which can take a while, and you get a lot of security with Paypal. I believe you have to be at least 16. Ebay used to ask for a credit card, but now I think all they need is a Paypal account. Your paypal account will take 3 days to activate. The Paypal account is free but there is a fee on every transaction you do, that can get pretty annoying, but I think it is worth it.
As far shipping, when you sell an item, you put the shipping price. What I loved doing was using flat rate priority shipping, because it got to the buyer in about 2-3 business days, and it only costs $4.60 for anywhere in the country. Everyone was happy! If you don't want to do that, you can always guess the shipping cost.
When you sell an item on eBay there is an insertion fee. Lets say you post something and you start the price at 100 dollars, the insertion fee might be 8 dollars. Whether the item sells or not you are responsible for the 8 dollars. What I did, was start items at .01 penny, and let it build to the amount I wanted. This plan can backfire, but the insertion fee is so low, that I like it.
Be careful because everything on eBay is such a great deal you might go on a shopping frenzy!!! Take care and good luck =) |

you get the money through Paypal, which is linked to your bank account. Paypal and e-bay are affiliated, so most people will use Paypal, since it's easiest. Ppl can also pay you via check in the mail, but I think Paypal is the best.
One thing you should be wary of is the rating of the person who's bidding on your items. Make sure they have 90%+ rating. When you list your items on ebay, make sure the person has very little negative feedback as a buyer. |

Alright first off you will need to make a paypal. Then after that u need to take pictures of your item ebay will charge you a listing fee. Its not that much then you can either make your item BUY IT NOW or BID NOW. Then some one will probably bid ebay sends u a email and the customer and they take the money out of the bidders account and put it in your account. You ship the item they get it and they leave feedback depending on how u treat them. |

first of all you have to join E bay (it,s free) than you have to find the category you need to sell it in, you can either accept a money order or join pay pal they get your money and you tell them what bank you want it in and they transfer it there after you sell some thing pay pal will send you a E mail telling you your item is sold and how you are getting paid than you have to pack and take it to the post office to ship it sounds like a lot and hard to do but it not,after the first time you list some thing you will know all about it and E Bay will answer any questions you have. |

Those questions cant be answered the same way. It matters which customer you will be selling it to. of course you can say: credit card pay only. and the shipping you can either chose to pay for it or the customer has to...but of course people will be more interested if the shipping is free. you need to discuss this with the person you will be selling the iteam to! |
