14 business days means 14 days with the exception of holidays, and saturday and sunday. Depending on what time you ordered it today, you should recieve it between the 19th and the 23rd, depending on processing time. I would call the company in a few days and ask if it has shipped yet, and if it has, ask for a tracking number. Most companies will be able to do this for you, so you can follow the progress and see when it is supposed to be delivered. Don't worry too much though, 14 business days is just an estimate, and you may get it sooner than that. |

14 business days means monday-friday. saturdays and sundays do not count as 'business days', therefore if you ordered something today (monday, december 1st), 14 business days would end on thursday december 18th! this week is 5 business days, next week is another 5, and then 4 days of the next week totals 14...hope that makes sense:) |
