The item sold on the 23rd. Most listing say payment must be recieved in three days. The buyer said that she wants the product and she will pay first thing in the morning, that was on Tuesday. Still no payment. Sould I repost, it's been 4 days? |

I would send her ONE more reminder email telling her that her time is up at 5pm tonight. If no payment, you will file the complaint (non payment) with Ebay, and relist. It is your right as a seller. She has had plenty of time. What is it? Shoud I buy it? Hehe |

No, give the buyer the benefit of the doubt. They may be sending you a money order. Wait few more days and email them if you still haven't received payment. When all options have failed, then re-post. |

If you didn't specify an specific amount of time that you expect payment by, I would wait 7 days. Sometimes people forget and don't check their email that often. It wouldn't hurt to drop them a reminder note. When or if you do repost the item, give potential buyers a specific amount of time that you expect to be paid by. God bless!!
Someone mentioned feedback scores. When it comes to buyers now, the feedback system has been broken. They will now only allow buyers to receive positive feedback. That's one of the reasons sellers wanted to strike. In other words a person can now have a good feedback score and not be a good buyer. It's ridiculous. So going by feedback is useless when it comes to buyers! I've sold a lot of items on ebay and have had some people who were just slow to make payment. I would think 7 days after winning would be a reasonable amount of time for anyone to expect you to wait. And that's just 3 more days for you. Be sure to specify next time. Just a hint, I've found that items that end on Thursdays get the most activity and sell for the most money. Good luck! |

You should state in your auction how long a buyer has to pay. It's up to each seller to set their own terms of sale in the auction. You can't really say the buyer didn't follow your terms if you didn't set any. Ebay doesn't allow you to file a non paying bidder complaint until 7 days after the auction, so I would suggest you give them 7 days, then file the npb complaint, wait a few days to see if that will get the buyer to pay, then relist the item. |

It all depends on what you put as your detail summary. If you wrote "if I don't receive payment in three days I will re post" then you are cover. |

Contact the buyer, if the buyer is non-responsive you have to think to yourself that maybe this person is having personal problems or Internet connection problems, I had this problem as well I always give them 8 days to respond. If the person still hasn't responded just File a non-paying bidder notification, that way you will get your money back as well as the percentage eBay takes out for an item that is sold. Hope this helps :) |

Give the buyer one more chance, by telling her that you will a) trust that she will send the money instantly b) that you will re-post the item by ....date if the money is not received c) you will report her to eBay for not honoring her bid. |
